*Skills and Experience Requirements
*Must have 2+ years experience in office setting
*Must have experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
*Must be detail-oriented team player with excellent verbal &
written communication skills
*Excellent multi-tasking skills, including ability to manage
multiple competing priorities and to work in a fast-paced
environment
*Motivated individual with the desire and ability to learn
quickly
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
*Procurement department support:
*Assist with e-filing
*Place orders in ARIBA system
*Assist Procurement team with confirming purchase orders and
following up on status
*Planning department support:
*Assist with closing work orders:
*Ensure all materials are issued, all operations are clocked as
complete
*Flag any work order edits and return to supervisors for correction
if required
*Work with Logistics team to get all outstanding materials issued
in a timely matter (within the accounting period)
*Review all closed work orders for correct coding
*E-file work orders
*Retrieve drawings/documents from Enovia for each Planner daily for
work order packets to be released to floor
*Retrieve and update any released work orders from the floor for
all departments when required
*Run reports required for Planning department as needed
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
*Must be able to sit and/or stand at least 10 hours per day as
required
*Ability to operate standard office equipment (scanning, filing,
etc)
*Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Requirements:
*High School Diploma or GED required
*Additional education, ex bachelor s degree, may be a plus
