The Cox Automotive Marketing group is hiring a Research Analyst.
This role will be a key contributor helping to drive meaningful
research and insights throughout Cox Automotive. They will be
supporting a primary research manager by playing a pivotal role in
not only gathering data insights but also translating these
insights into actionable findings to align with business goals and
drive results. The Research Analyst will be responsible for
assisting and supporting management of both quantitative and
qualitative projects. The Research Analyst is responsible for
supporting the research project workflow process, resource and
vendor management, project intake, and working with the Client
Service Team to rationalize against business priorities.

- Help to define, plan, organize, and monitor projects in
accordance with business requirements, objectives and

- Establish and maintain a tight working partnership with other
members of the Research, Market Intelligence and Pricing Team.
- Produce and maintain appropriate project documentation for all
research initiatives managed by the Research Center of Excellence
- Manage vendor evaluation and management efforts, including but
not limited to vendor capabilities assessment, and ongoing vendor
- Proactively stay abreast of latest research approaches,
methodologies, and trends (including participation in research

- Compensation includes a base salary of $47,300 - 66,300. Salary
may vary outside of the anticipated range based on factors such as
the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidates
- Position is eligible for additional compensation that may
include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or and incentive
program. Qualifications: Where permitted by applicable law, must be

BA/BS Degree preferred.
1-3 years of relevant work experience or advanced degree (e.g.,
Masters, MMR, MBA)
OR an equivalent combination of education and work-related
Primary research experience with B-to-B and B-to-C primary research
methods including, but not limited to:
Brand Positioning & Tracking Research
A/B site testing
Attitudes and Usage studies
Strong analytical skills
Automotive experience a plus
Research supplier experience (e.g., a research company) a plus
Experience using DIY survey tools (i.e., Qualtrics, Survey Monkey,
Pollfish, etc.) preferred
