Join Budget Blinds as a Window Treatment Installer/Supervisor and play a key role in transforming spaces with beautiful window coverings. Responsibilities: Install a variety of window treatments, including blinds, shades, and shutters, with precision and care. Supervise installation teams to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during installations. Measure windows accurately to ensure proper fitting of products. Train and mentor new installers on best practices and installation techniques. Maintain inventory of installation tools and materials, ensuring everything is in good working condition. Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings to enhance service delivery. Requirements: Proven experience in window treatment installation or a related field. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to job sites. Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders safely. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of window treatment products and installation techniques is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
