every job with care and professionalism. Responsibilities As a Lead
HVAC Installer , you will: Oversee the installation of HVAC
systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless
mini-splits, and ventilation systems for residential and light
commercial properties. Lead and mentor a team of installers to
ensure high-quality workmanship and efficiency. Review and
interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain the installation
process, timelines, and system operations. Coordinate with project
managers and other team members to ensure timely project
completion. Troubleshoot and resolve challenges during
installations. Maintain accurate records of work performed,
materials used, and project status. What We're Looking For Minimum
of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, with leadership or
supervisory experience preferred. Expertise in installing and
troubleshooting a variety of HVAC systems. Strong understanding of
HVAC safety protocols and building codes. EPA certification
(Universal preferred). Familiarity with Trane, Generac, and
Mitsubishi systems is highly desirable. Valid driver's license with
a clean driving record. Excellent communication and organizational
skills. Ability to lead a team and set a positive example. Join the
