Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to support students from preschool through 12th grade. This contract position is located in Chester, CA, with an immediate start and extends through the end of the school year. The role features a varied K-12 caseload, providing the chance to work across multiple grade levels and school settings including elementary, middle, and high school. Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders in students across all grade levels. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to promote effective communication strategies. Monitor student progress and adjust therapy approaches as necessary. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant educational regulations and policies. Desired Qualifications: Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with experience in pediatric settings. Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload spanning preschool to high school. Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation. Experience working with students exhibiting a wide range of speech and language challenges. Flexibility to serve both part-time and full-time roles as needed.
