Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Full-Time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a K-12
school setting located in Mooresville, NC. This contract role spans
the current school year through May 28, 2026, with standard
full-time hours of 37.5 per week. The role requires providing
comprehensive school-based SLP services to support student
communication and learning needs. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct
speech and language assessments, develop individualized treatment
plans, and deliver intervention services to students - Collaborate
with educators, parents, and support staff to monitor progress and
adapt strategies - Maintain detailed records and documentation in
compliance with school and state guidelines - Utilize ECATS
(Educational Child Accounting and Tracking System) for reporting
and data management - Participate in meetings and professional
development opportunities as needed Required Qualifications and
Experience: - Active NC licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred - Experience
providing speech-language services in school settings, including
familiarity with K-12 educational environments - Proficiency with
ECATS or similar educational tracking systems - Strong
communication and organizational skills - Ability to work
independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
