Job Description Tenet South Carolina is seeking a Mammography Technologist for a job in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Mammography Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: Ongoing - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Staff /n/n Mammography Technologist Full Time Days Summary/n/n/n Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM/n/n/n /n/n/n $20,000.00 Sign-On Bonus (Paid over 2 Years)/n/n/n /n/n/n This position exists to provide mammography examinations for young adult through geriatric patients. Technologists provide patient care services using diagnostic imaging modalities. This includes assessing patient condition, operating imaging equipment, operating Fuji CR equipment, preparing examination rooms, and maintaining equipment, supplies, and medications. Technologists are also required to maintain necessary patient records and participate in the department’s Performance Improvement program. Proficiency in PACS. The mammography technologist is responsible for maintaining the department’s mammography program for ACR/MQSA accreditation. Technologists also function as instructors for students enrolled in the Radiologic Technology program./n/n/n /n/n/n THE MAMMOGRAPHY TECHNOLOGIST FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE./n/n/n /n/n Qualifications: /n Individual must possess the ability to: /n The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
