Job Description:
Infintium is a team of engineers developing next generation
small and medium fuel cell systems. We are looking for active,
driven, and self-motivated individuals to develop and support the
systems, application control needs, and manufacturing and corporate
operations for our growing list of fuel cell products in an
aggressively expanding market.We are currently looking for a
Manufacturing Engineer who will be responsible for making sure our
assembly and commissioning processes are executed properly. As we
are a small production team, the successful candidate must be
capable of setting and meeting goals reliably, with limited
oversight. This position will also be responsible for product
documentation that clearly communicates operations procedures,
expected system outputs, and troubleshooting/ diagnostics
methods.This role is perfect for a a candidate looking to gain
additional hands-on experience in a start-up manufacturing

- Paid Time OffDescription:
- Upkeep all different work instructions by product.
- Commission and program power fuel cell to their corrected
software
- Troubleshoot and analyze problems with systems if they're not
working!
- Train and evaluate operators per established work
instructions.
- Bring continued improvements in production to improve process
output and quality!
- Review BOM to actual build of units
- Work with Engineering to improve assembly processes and final
design builds.
- Upkeep training documents for all operators
- Maintain floor layoutsRequirements:
- High School degree or GED equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in the English
language.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing field
(automotive industry background is a plus)
- Demonstrated mechanical assembly aptitude and process
understanding.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively
communicate with engineering and quality teams as well as all
levels of management and external customers.
- Must be accurate in handling detailed information/data.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Ability used AutoCAD software.Knowledge/ Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) from a four-year college and
university
- Familiarity with Production targets for cost, quality, and
delivery to achieve Company goals.
- Experience with cost reduction or continuous improvement
projects
- Previous experience in a start-up company's manufacturing
organization
- Ability to problem solve independently and with others.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and project management
skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
