and professionalism. Responsibilities As a Senior HVAC Service
Technician specializing in residential services, you will:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces,
air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems. Perform routine
maintenance to optimize system performance and extend equipment
lifespan. Provide expert recommendations for repairs, replacements,
and upgrades to homeowners. Accurately document diagnostics,
repairs, and parts used during service calls. Ensure compliance
with safety and environmental regulations. Mentor junior
technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge. Foster strong
customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
Stay updated with advancements in HVAC technology through
company-provided training. What We're Looking For Minimum 1-2 years
of experience as an HVAC service technician. Strong expertise in
installing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems. EPA
certification (Universal preferred). Familiarity with Trane,
Generac, and Mitsubishi systems is highly desirable. Valid driver's
license with a clean driving record. Exceptional communication and
customer service skills. A team player with the ability to mentor
