Full-Time, Direct Hire Great Benefits Including Medical, Dental, Vision & More… CNC Programmer Job Description: PrideStaff is currently recruiting for a manufacturing company who is in search of a CNC Programmer. The CNC Programmer will program, set up and operate machinery to produce precise parts. The ideal CNC Programmer has previous experience with set up and operation of CNC machines, with knowledge of Mazak, Milltronics, Doosan 5-Axis, or Weiler machines and is able to lift up to 50lbs. The CNC Programmer position is a full-time, direct hire position in Fletcher, NC. CNC Programmer Job Responsibilities: Program, Set up, & Operate CNC Horizontal Lathes & 5-Axis Milling Machines Using CAD/CAM Software to Export Post Processors Produce Small Lots of Machined Parts Based on Technical Drawings, Ensuring All Specified Tolerances Are Met Maintain Equipment Through PM Programs & Manufacturer Suggestions, Troubleshooting & Repair Minor Issues as They Arise Apply Great Working Knowledge of Tooling & Design Concepts For Work Holdings & Fixtures to Ensure Cost-Efficient Production Utilize Manual Mills & Lathes, Move Materials Via Forklift or Overhead Cranes, & Assist in Maintaining a Clean, Safe Environment Follow All Safety & PPE Requirements CNC Programmer Job Requirements & Working Conditions: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Proven Experience in CNC Programming & Operating Required Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, & Mazatrol Centers is a Plus Previous Experience Working With High-End Equipment, Including -Axis Milling Machines Proficiency in Complex Geometric, Algebraic, & Trigonometric Computations, Along With a Firm Requirement For Metric System Knowledge Must be Able to Read & Interpret Mechanical Drawings With Minimal Tolerances Using Micrometers, Calipers, & Go/No Go Gauges Previous Experience Running Mazak, Milltronics, Doosan 5-Axis, or Weiler Machines is Highly Valued Must be Able to Lift up to 50lbs & Work Independently or in Small Teams PrideStaff Hiring Requirements: Must be 18 Years Old Must be Willing to Submit to a Pre-Employment Background Check Must be Willing to Submit to a Drug Screen Must be Able to Provide Proof of Eligibility to Work in The U.S. Enhance your career with a full-time job, with a great company, competitive wages, and let PrideStaff support you in your future employment endeavors.
