Job Description:
Full Time position for a PT, PTA, SLP, OT or COTA looking to
advance their management skills as a Rehab Director while still
being able to perform treatment. This position requires a good
understanding of the benefits of PT, OT and ST services, Medicare B
billing, good time management, excellent communication skills, and
a strong desire to learn new treatment programs directed at our
geriatric clientele. Looking to make a difference in peoples'

Legacy Healthcare Services has a Full Time Rehab Director position
available at our skilled nursing facility located in Asheville, NC
at WNC Baptist Home.
The RD will be the primary representative of Legacy at the
facility, promoting Legacy's policies and clinical programs to meet
the customer's expectations, to attract and retain Legacy
employees, and to contribute to clinical improvement of
patients/residents.

Legacy provides services solely to the senior population in Skilled
Nursing Facilities, CCRCs, free standing Assisted Living and
Independent Living Communities. We provide services at skilled
nursing facilities and in our numerous Medicare certified
out-patient clinics. Therapeutic techniques and programs
incorporate principles of rehabilitation and healthy aging,
emphasizing home and community independence. Our services are both
rehabilitative and preventative with a strong component of health
and fitness education.
1. Associates/Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate of Science degree in area
of discipline. Must be a PT, PTA, SLP, OT, or COTA
2. Current license in state of practice.
3. Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
4. Experience supervising others preferred.
5. Computer proficient
