How you will spend your day as an Operations Manager: * Lead a proactive safety culture * Desire for outstanding customer experience * Ensure continuous improvement is a focus for all employees * Help the company be an employer of choice * Develop, manage, and support a team of operations supervisors * Communicate across all levels of the organization to ensure an empowered successful team * Manage the workforce to achieve productive goals and performance standards * Assist in physical inventory of materials and supplies and ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained * Oversee all work activities of functional area * Establishes work schedule and develop cost effective plan to meet operational goals * Assist in schedule and coordinate deliveries and pick-ups * Maintain equipment and machinery * Prepare and verify reports as applicable We want you to build your career with us! Can you check all of these boxes? Operations Manager Requirements: * Experience. 3 years of experience leading supervisors and large work groups within an operations environment * Physical. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and up to 100 lbs. * Special Skills. Must have a good understanding of OSHA requirements and overall safety. * Other. Ability to work in extreme weather conditions * Teamwork. Ability to work as a team and help motivate others * Excellence.
