Mobilizes others to support change through times of stress and uncertainty QualificationsWhat you will need: --- Bachelor's Degree preferably in an education or business discipline --- 3 years training and training design experience in a professional environment (healthcare preferred) Knowledge of adult learning styles and training strategy, group process facilitation, and delivery - --- Knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation --- Experience designing, implementing, and managing traditional and modern training methods and techniques --- Knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools Job Summary: The Leadership Development Manager for AdventHealth, provides a range of consultation services to regional Leadership and Facility Leadership on the development and implementation of key strategies and training for creating and sustaining high performing teams with, high employee engagement and low turnover. The Leadership Development Manager works collaboratively at organization and facility levels to ensure performance monitoring and performance management processes and implements general leadership development programs that support the organization's leader development objectives. The Leadership Development Manager will work under the supervision of the regional organizational development director in conjunction with the regional HR Vice President to support the regional teams and ensure proposed training tools, materials, and delivery mechanisms support best practice work flows. --- Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate) --- Strong written and verbal communications skills --- Microsoft Office suite experience with advanced PowerPoint and Word skill This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
