Our progressive dealer group has an immediate opening for the BESTAutomotive Professional in the area to manage our DealershipInternet and Phone Operations. Based in Bristol, Tennessee, you will build and oversee a team of representatives assistingcustomers in selecting vehicles, gathering information, and arranging visits to the dealerships. • Stay up to date with knowledge of sales process, business philosophy, and products
• Managea team of 10+ agents
• Ensure department metrics and goals are met in relation to appointments set, appointments shown, and appointsments sold for Internet Inquires andInbound Phone Calls
• Leverage phone, text, email, and video communications to support customer requests while they are considering vehicles for purchase
• Hire, evaluate, manage, and coachall department team members
• Be hands on and lead by example when needed Qualifications
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Team building is second nature
  • Management experienceas a creative and flexible leader
  • Automotive industry or call center experience with a proven track record of success is highly preferred
