The Opportunity
Aeroflow is looking for a dynamic, motivated, creative, and
empathetic leader to help take our employee experience and company
culture to the next level. The Employee Relations & Engagement
Manager is responsible for developing and leading engagement
efforts across the organization, gathering feedback from employees
regarding their experience working for Aeroflow, and using data to
measure success and guide decision-making. At Aeroflow, we believe

Your Primary Responsibilities
- Gather data and insights from employees to evaluate the current
state of the employee experience at Aeroflow. Track ongoing data
over time to identify trends, progress, and continued opportunities
for improvement.
- Leverage feedback from employees to develop a comprehensive
engagement program strategy to drive organizational success.
- Present Aeroflow's engagement program strategy to all employees
to ensure that everyone understands the purpose and goals of the
strategy.
- Partner with company leadership to understand challenges they
are facing and as it relates to hiring, training, productivity, and
retention. Leverage key leaders to help create engagement champions
and hold others accountable to following through on
expectations.
- Work with company leadership to measure success of engagement
programs by developing and tracking metrics and KPIs that tie
employee engagement to productivity and effectiveness.
- Assess and consult on the impact of engagement strategies, make
recommendations for adjustments or enhancements, and ensure
execution of ongoing engagement programs.
- Seek out feedback from employees in satellite offices, hybrid
employees, and fully remote employees to understand how their
experience differs from on-site employees and implement programs to
build community among all employees, regardless of work
location.
- Oversee the execution of semi-annual companywide engagement
survey; including pre-survey communication to employees and
managers, survey preparation and launch, and driving employee
participation. Analyze data after survey conclusion to gather
insight. Partner with leaders across the organization to help them
understand their teams' results, to develop a plan to act on survey
feedback, and to ensure adequate post-survey follow through.
- Identify training gaps and partner with Corporate Training &
Development Manager to facilitate the creation of additional
technical and personal skills training pathways.
- Coordinate ongoing employee communication programs including
monthly employee newsletter, company intranet, and quarterly "All
Aeroflow" staff meetings.
- Facilitate Aeroflow's DEI program, speakers and seminars, and
Employee Resource Groups.
- Lead Aeroflow's employee appreciation events and ongoing
efforts, quarterly and annual awards programs, and semi-annual
company celebrations.
- Empower Aeroflow employees to lead healthier lives through
Whole Employee Health & Wellness. Coordinate health & wellness
efforts internally and externally through partnerships with
benefits providers, financial partners, nutrition & wellness
experts, and fitness providers.
- Coordinate engaging and impactful wellness events such as
nutrition seminars, financial education seminars, flu shot clinics,
and wellness challenges.
- Research and plan community outreach events, volunteer
opportunities, ongoing blood drives, and donation programs.
- Partner with the Corporate Marketing team to continue to build
the Aeroflow brand internally and externally; including social
media outreach, community involvement, employee highlights. Seek
out meaningful certifications that publicly demonstrate our
commitment to our employees and positively reflect our brand and
employee value proposition.
- Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality
- Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and

verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degrees in human resources, organization development,
business, or other relevant educational experience is preferred
with 5+ years experience in a human resources or employee
engagement role. Other combinations of relevant education and
experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated expertise and prior success in researching,
developing, and executing corporate employee relations and
engagement programs in a mid-sized corporate environment is
required.
- Strong understanding of different facets of the employee
lifecycle - recruiting & onboarding, training & development, DEI,
total rewards, performance management - and core human
resources
You might also have
- Experience with Gallup or other survey and employee engagement
platforms preferred.
- PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, or other HR-related certifications
preferred.
