Job Description:

PYA is seeking a Banking and Regulatory Compliance Audit Manager to join our high-performing, dynamic culture. This individual will be a part of PYA's Audit and Assurance Services Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  
• Lead, review, participate in, and assist other colleagues in the management of internal audit and compliance engagements for PYA financial institution/banking clients
  
• Utilize understanding of lending and depository regulations so as to advise PYA clients on best practices
  
• Assess, develop, and implement sustainable compliance risk management structures and processes, including risk assessment, monitoring and testing, training, corrective action and reporting and supporting compliance technologies
  
• Manage multiple client engagements, producing the highest quality work products, and providing excellent customer service while working in collaboration with the PYA executive team and other service lines to offer complete business solutions to clients
  
• Lead and assist the Audit and Assurance Services team with other projects as needed
  QUALIFICATIONS
  
  • 
    
  • CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) designation preferred
    
  • 4+ years of banking and regulatory compliance experience with a public accounting, consulting firm, or a financial institution preferred
    
  • Understanding of banking laws and regulations, including consumer compliance requirements (e.g., lending and depository regulations)
    
  • Creative problem solver with a high level of strategic, analytical, conceptual, and communication skills with a passion for helping clients
