Harris Regional HospitalThe function of this position is to manage the daily operations of a clinic managed by the Western Carolina Physician Network.The Manager facilitates the effective utilization of resources (people, financial, material and equipment) to meet established goals and objectives of the organization. -Ensures effective recruitment, selection, development, and evaluation of staff to optimize achievement of goals and objectives.Performs Human Resources functions (interviewing, hiring, disciplinary actions), performance appraisals of staff and makes recommendations for staffing needs. Assures staff are properly oriented and competencies maintained. Responsible for budget and fiscal reporting. Works with materials management and vendors to insure best pricing available is attained.Duties and responsibilities include evaluating and insuring the daily work flows smoothly in the medical reception areas, to include check-in and check-out. Maintains current data on system for accurate patient information and practice operations; maintains master physician schedule on the scheduling system.
