About the RoleMission Hospital is seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to lead our Med-Surg Overflow unit. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, advocating for efficient and effective care, and promoting a culture of excellence.Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate clinical care, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, initiatives, and evaluations.

  • BSN or equivalent (ADN with MSN, BA with MSN)
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing (eNLC license may apply)
  • National Certification in area of specialty within one year of accepting the role
  • BLS Healthcare Provider
