Position Description:
Manage sales and branch associates; oversee branch operations with support from an Operations Services Supervisor; outbound calling on small businesses; loan products sold are consumer loans as well as secured and unsecured business loans within Business Central Underwriting parameters; deliver consumer and business products and services; identify referrals for specialty partner sales. Used in branches with sales opportunity to support one Financial Services Rep I or one Sales & Service Rep III. Principal Accountabilities: Sales Scorecard: Achieve sales scorecard expectations. Achieve sales results with an appropriate distribution of performance across products that align with intended job functions and market opportunity. Achieve sales results that align with the needs of the community and ultimately support the organizational commitment to diverse lending. People Management: Identify, develop and retain talent aligned with your current and future workforce needs. Establish and manage to an annual team performance plan that is aligned with the Bank's Competitive Path. Clearly define and communicate individual performance goals. Through regular interactions and inspection ensure progress against goals. Engage in regular one to one discussions, providing reinforcing and formative feedback to support associate development and achievement of results. Demonstrate commitment to building a diverse, inclusive and civil work environment. Sales & Service - Sourcing New Business: Develop and implement a plan to acquire new customers through prospecting efforts. Develop and implement a customer outreach plan for retaining relationships and sourcing new business through the existing portfolio. Use a needs based, customer centric selling approach to create value for both the customer and the bank. Engage partners as appropriate in pre-call planning and joint calling. Develop and implement a plan for sourcing and engaging centers of influence that refer customers which fit your target customer profile. Represent the Bank in the community by attending and participating in civic and community events for the purpose of generating additional business and identifying potential CRA opportunities for the Bank. Risk Mitigation: Adhere to all regulations and Bank policies, procedures and delegated authorities. Manage credit, operational, reputational, regulatory and legal risks related to personal interactions, customer transactions and financial exposures. Act as a first line of defense in the identification of risk. Complete required training and any Continuing Education by established deadlines. Platform Sales: Secures licenses required for the Platform Sales designation in the Banks Licensed Platform Associate program and consistently sells at or above targeted Platform Sales goal levels. Refers to Wealth Management partners for products and needs not within the targeted scope of the PS position.

Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in a sales, customer service role and/or in a lending role. - or - High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years experience in a sales, customer service role and/or in a lending role. Additional Requirements: Must complete federal registration and annual renewal as required by the SAFE Act. Must possess a valid driver's license. Position requires frequent driving to other offices, bank customers, etc. Bank car not provided. Requires Series 6, 63 and state specific life insurance licenses. Employment Agreement Requirement: Dual Employment Agreement (all FCB/FCIS Wealth Management ? dual associates, including LPAs) Other Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of retail banking products and services. Ability to identify, think through and solve problems accurately and efficiently. Ability to work with little direct supervision. One year of experience in a lead or supervisory role. Currently holds FINRA 6 and 63 registrations as well as state specific life insurance license, and has maintained continuing education coursework to keep licenses and/or registrations in active standing. 1 year experience in a licensed sales
