Job Description You MUST have a minimum of certified
phlebotomy/phlebotomy experience to qualify for this position This
is a personality-based position that we will train into other areas
of need. Must be extremely outgoing, extroverted, naturally
friendly, and have a heart and passion for helping (If you don't
smile a lot naturally and don't consider yourself a warm and kind
person, this is not the position for you.) We are a GROWING medical
practice with the intent to transition to FULL-TIME employment as
soon as we have built a sustainable patient base. Must have
EXCELLENT communication skills, be articulate, and be assertive. We
are a busy office, so must be able to organize and balance your
day. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Scheduling patients initially, rescheduling, and follow up Virtual
appointment scheduling and explanation of how to use
GoogleMeet/virtual programs Data input, including patient contact
information and patient history Participation in weekly/daily
follow up virtual meetings regarding clinic success Making daily
phone calls, checking voicemail, giving messages to appropriate
person Leading consultations, explaining the services that are
offered by our clinic Qualities and Considerations for the Patient
Care Coordinator position are: The art of persuasion A good Care
Coordinator does not trick the patient into deciding to start care.
They are simply experts at highlighting the reasons why it is a
logical decision and they have created great value in the services
you provide. Building Rapport. Why do people choose one clinic over
another? It can often come down to trust. In fact, research shows
that patients value trust and credibility as among the most
important parts of deciding where to seek medical treatment. A
talented Care Coordinator will be able to use patience,
personality, charm, and credibility to get patients to like them,
to trust their word and ultimately, to decide to trust you with
their healthcare. Objection handling The way to turn a ---cold
lead--- into a patient is to overcome their objections
systematically and persuasively. Once there is no good reason not
to say no then most of the battle is won. Listening This does not
just mean staying quiet when a patient is talking. The real skill
is active listening. Care Coordinators who master this skill ask
relevant questions and really make the patient feel that their
problems, pain points and ideas are understood. Communication This
is not just what you say but how you explain it, from tone to
emphasis, as well as when you choose to stay silent and let the
patient talk. Effective communication is the Care Coordinator---s
best tool, but it takes time to perfect. You must always remember
the importance of understanding and empathy. Enthusiastic Supporter
The Care Coordinator needs to understand your clinic goals and
mission. The desire to help individuals live a life free of pain.
Relationship- over Revenue-Minded The Care Coordinator has a large
responsibility and plays a critical role in the patient journey.
First treat them as a person then as a patient when they decide to
trust us with their healthcare. Resilience It is crucial for the
Care Coordinator to have thick skin. Great Care Coordinators do not
take rejection too personally, but take ownership of what may have
happened throughout the conversation. Job Requirements Certified
Medical Assistant Previous medical receptionist/front office MA
experience preferred. Excellent verbal, written, organizational and
critical decision-making skills required. Job Type: Part time while
we grow, then full time. Benefits will be offered when you go full
time Pay: $15/hr Schedule: Monday through Wednesday, Friday Company
