Job DescriptionThriveworks is seeking a Supervising Psychiatrist to join our growing team of highly talented mental health professionals! The ideal candidate will share our commitment to quality healthcare and exceptional patient service.Compensation:$200/month as soon as NP is added to physician's licenseOnce NP starts seeing patients, compensation to Supervising physician will be $800 per month, per NPIn South Carolina - 3 NPs without additional board approval is standard - Compensation will be up to $2,400 a monthDuties and Responsibilities:Work remotely to provide clinical supervision to a team of 3 or more Nurse Practitioners on a weekly or bi-weekly basisChart/Progress note reviewal as requiredConduct psychiatric evaluations and assessmentsProvider may decide less or more supervision is neededRequirements:BC/BE in PsychiatryActive and Unrestricted License in state in which you've appliedA minimum of 2 years of experience supervising residents or mid-levelsNo malpractice payout, licensure disciplinary action or criminal/professional investigations in the last 5 yearsBenefits:Ability to work remotelyW2 employee statusExtremely competitive compensation and benefits package401K with 3% employer matchProfessional development & advancement opportunities!Flexible scheduling based on your availability (Collaboration can be provided from anywhere...phone/email/video-conference = okay!)About Thriveworks:Thriveworks is a national behavioral health company that is anticipating tremendous growth over the next 3-5 years.
