Must be licensed in TN and VA
Dates needed: 4/07-4/10, 5/12-5/18, 6/16-6/19,
7/14-7/17, 8/25-8/28, 9/22-9/25,
10/20-10/23, 11/17-11/20
Shift Schedule details and duration: 24hr Weekend Call (FRI PM -
MON AM)
Call Schedule / Responsibilities: On Call only (no rounding)
Procedures required: Cystitis, Cystoscopy, Doplar Ultrasound,
Enuresis, Impotence, Incontinece, Intravenous Pylegram,
Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Tomography, Transuretal Resection
EMR: EPIC
Certifications: required BC YES
Active VA License & TN license
