Description: Eliada Homes, Inc. is seekingfull time. part time, and PRN Registered Nurses and/or Licensed Practical Nurses! Sign on bonus available to full time candidates. The agency is interested in hiring full time, part time, and PRN nursing staff to serve the youth on our campus. Newly graduated nurses are highly encouraged to apply. Scheduling is flexible and lacks the demand of a hospital or doctor's office setting. The nursing staff work with the youth mentors and students to ensure medical and nursing needs are met for our youth. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, Registered Nurses and/or Licensed Practical Nurses have the following responsibilities: RN/LPN should perform physical assessments and review health information on students for admission and medical evaluation purposes and to assist staff in developing plans to meet their medical needs. Coordinate access to appropriate service providers; schedule student appointments.

• RN/LPN should obtain orders and administer medication to students and complete thorough and accurate medication documentation to insure compliance with licensure and accreditation requirements.
• RN/LPN should provide education to students and staff in the following areas: psychotropic medications, STDs, sex education, health and self care, and more as requested. Requirements: Knowledge/Experience: The position requires the individual to be a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. Prefer a minimum of two years of psychiatric or related nursing experience but not required. Skills/Physical/Working Conditions: completion of pre-service training upon hire. Must be able to move between buildings on campus to serve youth. Must be able to communicate with providers, guardians, clients, and case management team as well as provide thorough documentation.
