Job Description:

$5,000 Sign On Bonus with a 2 year commitment!Assists patients with performing activities of daily living.Provides or assists with providing direct patient care, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions.Observes and records patient behavior and activities. Reports any changes in physical, mental or emotional condition to nursing staff and suggests modifications to the treatment plan.Provides crisis intervention with incoming calls and on the unit to maintain safety.Facilitates psychoeducational groups.Minimum Education High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Psychology, Counseling or related field preferred.Minimum Work Experience Six months of experience working with population served OR Peer Support Specialist Training OR Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)*Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
