• Certification Details
• Active NC or Compact state license is required
• AHA BLS certification is mandatory
• ACLS certification is preferred
  • Job Details
  • Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical position available
  • Expect to work in various units including Med Surg, Orthopedics, Bariatrics and PCU, and possibly in Respiratory Care for COVID patients
  • Experience with oncology & bariatric patient care is necessary
  • Med/Surg-Oncology 37-bed unit deals with medical admissions (cancer, pneumonia, hypoxia, etc.) and surgical admissions (general, bariatric, vascular, urological, etc.)
    • Job Requirements
    • Active NC or Compact state license required
    • AHA BLS certification is mandatory
    • ACLS certification is preferred
    • Minimum 2 years experience required
    • At least 1 successful travel assignment needed
    • Must have worked a night shift in the last year
      • Schedule Information
      • 12 HR Nights shift (1845-0715)
      • Rotation of weekends approximately every other week
      • Holiday shifts as needed
      • No on-call requirements
      • Facility can cancel one shift biweekly without penalty
      • No blocked scheduling allowed
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Bed Size: 37-bed Med/Surg-Oncology unit
        • Case Types: Medical and surgical admissions
        • Patient Ratios: Days 1:5/6 & Nights 1:6-7
        • Shift needs for oncology & bariatric experience
