  • Floating requiredRequirements:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience
    • Accepts first-time travelers
    • Certifications: AHA BLS, NIHSS, AHA ACLS (preferred)
    • Traveler's permanent residence must be at least 100 miles from the hospital's service areaStart Dates & Orientation:
      • General orientation begins on Sundays
      • Sunday orientation includes online CBLs
      • Start date is flexible based on timely completion of compliance documentation
      • Includes 16 hours of non-billable orientationAdditional Notes:
        • The hospital may cancel one shift biweekly without financial penalty based on census (applies to 36/36 or 36/48 schedules, as per agreement)
        • Any additional shifts picked up beyond the scheduled commitment may be flexed according to census or resource needs without penalty
        • Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to support and participate in the clinical education of nursing students, alongside providing direct patient care in their specialtyWeekly Pay Package:
          Hourly on W2: $20
          Hourly on Stipends: $48.61
          Weekly Taxable: $720
          Weekly Non-Taxable: $1750
