Job Description:

Offering a $20,000 sign-on bonus through June 30, 2025, with conditions.
Work hours are primarily 8:15 am -----" 4:45 pm, mostly outpatient, with rotations in acute care for holidays/PTO and high census.
Provide physical therapy care, document in medical records, and act as a consultant across clinics.
Supervise support staff, students, and educate patients and families.
Must hold or be eligible for Virginia licensure as a Physical Therapist and maintain current CPR certification.
Experience ranges from new graduate to 2 years; preferred experience at similar facilities.
Education from an accredited PT program; advanced degrees preferred.
Responsibilities include patient evaluation, care planning, discharge planning, equipment ordering, and participation in rounds.

Schedule includes 10-hour or 8-hour shifts, weekdays, rotating shifts, and weekends as needed.
Location in South Hill, VA; relocation preferred before starting.
