Job Description:
Are you a board-certified nurse practitioner seeking flexible,
in-home clinical opportunities? Conducts personalized health
evaluations for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plan members,
focusing on overall health and identifying care barriers. Earns
$80+ per assessment, with potential weekly earnings up to $4,000,
plus opportunity to increase pay through market multipliers and
pay-per-test incentives. Shifts are available weekdays and
weekends, with no nights or long-term commitments required.
Pre-scheduled visits in members' homes include medication reviews,
medical history, and physical assessments, without prescribing or
ordering tests. Provides a rewarding experience by building trusted
relationships, educating patients, and making a positive impact.
Requires state license, Master's degree, and willingness to travel
approximately 50%. Offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and
