Familiarity with pressors - Sedation and paralytics experience -
Experience with ventilators and tracheostomies - Telemetry
interpretation skills - Understanding of hemodynamics - PA catheter
setup and interpretation Description: Join a leading hospital known

is a referral center for trauma, stroke care, and neonatal
intensive care. The team is committed to patient safety and has

consists of RNs only, with no support staff. The patient-to-nurse
ratios vary from 1:1 or 2:1, occasionally 3:1 based on acuity. The
equipment used includes ventilators, telemetry monitors, and
various IV pumps. Familiarity with advanced cardiac support devices
and critical care treatments is appreciated. Procedures performed
in the unit include central line insertion, cardioversion, and
chest tube maintenance. The dress code requires adherence to
designated scrub colors. Candidates should be ready to float to
different areas based on staffing needs. The environment is
