We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented ICU RN to join a dynamic Surgical Admissions, Teaching & Testing Unit (SATU). This is a unique role that blends ICU-level experience with a structured, day-shift environment. Position Details - Shift: 4x10s or 5x8s | Monday–Friday - No weekends or holidays - Unit: Surgical Admissions, Testing & Teaching Unit (ICU-level support) - EMR: Cerner - Scrub Color: RN – Navy Blue ? Requirements - Minimum 2 years of ICU experience - Active RN license BLS certification - Strong assessment, critical thinking, and autonomy in care delivery - Prior Telemetry or PCU background preferred ?Unit Duties & Skills - Performing labs, EKGs, vitals - Conducting comprehensive medical/surgical assessments - Supporting ICU-level patient prep and monitoring - Productivity-driven unit (1 patient/hour 1 productivity standard) About Binding Minds We are a Healthcare staffing business specializing in travel, contract and permanent roles with prime focus serving healthcare roles.
