Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse Provide high-level care to critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU. Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and respond promptly to changes. Administer medications, IV therapies, and specialized treatments. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal pediatric patient outcomes. Educate families on care plans, procedures, and recovery expectations. Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes. Respond effectively to emergencies and life-threatening pediatric situations. Requirements of the Travel Nurse Valid North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license.
