Hospital?based, Care Team Model Types of Cases: Cardiac, thoracic,
vascular surgery, TAVR, CABG, MitraClip Credentialing: 90 days,
temporary privileges available Minimum Requirements Board Certified
or Board Eligible Certifications: TEE Licensure: Active North
