Job Description:

nursing care to patients in accordance with patient care plans.
Monitor patient health and record signs such as vital signs.
Administer medications, track dosages and document patient health
progress. Assist in the implementation of patient care programs and
abide by all state law regulations. Communicate with registered
nurses, physicians and other healthcare professionals to adjust
patient care plans as needed. Educate patients and their families
on disease prevention, health maintenance and the management of
chronic conditions. Ensure that patients are comfortable,
supported, and informed throughout their care journey. Proficiency
in administering medications and vaccinations Familiarity with
electronic health record (EHR) systems Strong communication skills,
both written and verbal Capability to operate standard medical
equipment Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
