compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our growing primary
careteam in Greenwood, SC. This position presents a unique

individuals and families withinthe community. The ideal candidate

to advancing high-quality, accessible care. The physician will
beinstrumental in shaping a primary care program that emphasizes
preventivemedicine, chronic disease management, and health
education, while fosteringstrong patient relationships and
community trust. Key Responsibilities Provide
comprehensiveoutpatient primary care services to patients of all
ages. Diagnose, treat, and manageacute and chronic medical
conditions following current evidence-basedguidelines. Promote
preventive healthpractices and educate patients on disease
prevention and wellness. Collaborate withinterdisciplinary
healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patientcare.
Participate in the ongoingdevelopment and enhancement of primary
care programs and initiatives. Maintain accurate and
timelydocumentation in the electronic health record system.

Requirements: Graduate from an accreditedMedical School. Completion
of an accreditedFamily Medicine Residency Program. Active South
Carolinamedical license (or eligibility to obtain). Board Certified
or BoardEligible in Family Medicine (Pediatrics optional). If
