Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Brevard, North Carolina,

Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: All RNs must have BLS and ACLS
completed prior to the end of orientation. Description: Welcome to
an opportunity to join a top-ranked healthcare facility. This
facility has been recognized among the best hospitals for clinical
quality year over year. It has received high marks for patient
safety and has been awarded Magnet Designation for nursing
excellence. As the region's referral center, this facility offers
comprehensive care including trauma services and specialized
pediatric care. It is home to a busy robotic surgery program and
provides advanced cardiac care. The unit has 30 beds and employs
over 40 staff members. On day shifts, staffing includes a charge
nurse, 4-5 RNs/LPNs, and 2-3 nursing assistants. Night shift
staffing consists of a charge nurse, 4-5 RNs/LPNs, and 2-3 nursing
assistants. Patient ratios are 2-4:1 in SD/ICU and 5-6:1 in
Med-Surg. The facility is equipped with IV pumps, SCDs, and
glucometers among other essential tools. It utilizes a team-based
care model where healthcare professionals collaborate daily for
optimal patient outcomes. Candidates should be able to thrive in a
fast-paced and ever-changing environment. This role involves
providing care for all levels from med/surg to ICU. Preferred
candidates will have ICU or stepdown experience, with a preference
for individuals with med/surg backgrounds. Typical procedures
performed on this unit include IV starts, central venous line
