General Information Unit Specifics: Number of beds responsible for
the whole house Patient Unit staffing Care pick-up assignments in
main rehab office area, then go unit to unit and room to room
treating patients.All Patient rooms are single patient rooms.We
have PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, Speech Therapists, and Rehab Techs Type
of lifting equipment (SARA, Stedy, Maximove) available on all
units; walkers and gait belts used with most patients.
Documentation Power Chart Scheduling , Saturday, Sunday, Monday
(9-10 hours days Floating Patient Experience requirements:At least
1year, acute care experience preferred Hospital Specifics- 2 Trauma
Center, 7 Centers of , Heart, Mission Children s hospital,
Neurosciences, Orthopedics, Trauma, and Women s health; Certified
Comprehensive Stroke Center; Top 15 Health system, IBM Watson
Rating; Ranked No. 1 Best Hospital in North Carolina in 2018 and
2017 by Business North Carolina Hiring profile Requested Skill of
Science degree in Physical Therapy Must North Carolina license to
practice Physical Therapy Advanced skills ; Acute care experience
preferred;experience with wide variety of acute care procedures,
especially orthopedics, neurology, cardiopulmonary is helpful.
Procedures performed on patients in Acute Care Hospital setting,
develops care plan to treat patients, uses procedures and
techniques to change condition/function consistent with the
rehabilitation diagnosis and prognosis, supervises and coordinates
therapeutic care and communicates evaluation results to patients,
families and appropriate staff. Certifications certification Dress
