Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Asheville, NC Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,885 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Western North Carolina Start Date: October 20, 2025 Location: Asheville, North Carolina Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Every other weekend required; scheduling meets departmental needs Highlights: 101-bed Emergency Department in a Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center High-volume facility serving over 100,000 annual visits with diverse patient populations Patient ratios typically 4:1 for medical; up to 7:1 for ED behavioral holds Cerner documentation system with Baxter pumps and GE monitors Magnet-designated facility recognized as one of America's 50 Best Hospitals and awarded an "A" Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade No floating outside of ED; flexibility required across all ED sections Requirements: Current North Carolina RN license Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in an Emergency Department setting Prior experience in Level II trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, or high-volume ED strongly preferred BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required before start date ENPC certification required within 90 days of hire Strong teamwork mentality with ability to provide real-time coaching and feedback Why It's a Great Opportunity: Join a nationally recognized emergency department known for exceptional teamwork and welcoming culture.
