We are seeking an experienced Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner for a 78-day locum tenens assignment in Missouri. This opportunity begins on Apr 21, 2026, and features 12-hour night shifts from 6p-7a. The ideal candidate will have strong inpatient bone marrow transplant experience and be comfortable managing both clinic and inpatient responsibilities. Job Details - Location: Missouri - Start Date: Apr 21, 2026 - LOA: 78 days - Provider Type Needed: Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner - Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 6p-7a Responsibilities and Duties - Round on patients with the physician - Manage an assigned patient panel - Perform consults from the emergency department - Complete progress notes - Oversee care of patients admitted from the clinic to the inpatient unit, many with severe symptoms - Bone marrow biopsies preferred but not required - Perform or assist with stem cell infusions, strongly preferred Additional Information - Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Missouri - Bone marrow transplant inpatient experience is required - Experience with bone marrow biopsies and stem cell infusions is preferred Benefits - Strong compensation - Travel-related expenses covered - A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided - Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
