No Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes Required Years of Experience: 2 Years First-time travelers accepted: Yes License Requirement: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS Certifications Preferred: CPI, TNCC, NRP Special Requirements: Epic experience preferred Miscellaneous: Open to accommodating block schedule? Approval can be requested prior to assignment but not guaranteed. Local Radius: 60 miles Locals Accepted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Facility Highlights: Type of Facility: Community-based Total Staffed Beds: 13 Scrub Color: Royal Blue Charting System: Epic Hurricane Season: All employees may be assigned to emergency response teams. Please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or extended assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September. Daily Census: Variable Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics Additional Unit Information: Higher Acuity Patients are transferred. Interdisciplinary Support: Includes various support services. Patient Diagnoses: Broad array of emergent care needs. Traveler Compliance Guidelines: RTO is due at time of submission. RTO after submission is not accepted. SSN is required to submit. Prior employees must be separated from the system for 1 year before returning as a traveler. Priority is given to candidates with SC license in hand. Note: All opportunities must adhere to compliance timelines and guidelines to ensure timely processing. Modules are non-billable and average 4 hours spent on completion and are included in non-billable hours.
