Nationally recognized Heart Institute in Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia Looking to Add Non-Invasive or Non-Interventional Cardiologist to The Team Position: Physician led group with 45 physicians, 40 Advance Practice Providers, covering 14 hospitals One location, joining 35 support personnel, 11 APPs, 6 Interventional Cardiologist, 2 Non-Invasive Cardiologist, Vascular and Thoracic Surgeon 2 APPs onsite inpatient day, 1 App on site inpatient in evening, call is 1:4 though rarely called in, most is oversite of APPs Cath Lab has 3 rooms, brand new, all GE and Phillips equipment, Coronary Room, 5 Heart rooms, and procedure rooms Cath Lab does 5-6 studies a day, 25-30 patient visits a month Outpatient clinic has 20 exam rooms, Pritikin Intensive Cardiac Rehab site, recently remodeled and has a seasoned staff Lab performs stress tests, Echo, EKG, ECG, TEEs, CT, Nuclear, Holter Monitors, Pacemakers and more Flexible schedule based off the way you enjoy practicing, Monday - Friday Offering: Group employment 2 years, Junior Partner, with Base salary of over $500,000 After year 2, Partner, base is wRVUs average for entire team, currently over $650,000 No wRVUs bonus structure, no stress on total production, this is a true team model Quality Metrics bonus of over $70,000 hit yearly by group Full benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, and 403B with 6% match by employer Sign on Bonus or Student Stipend if still training, $50,000, and relocation of $10,000 7-9 weeks PTO based on tenure Visa Accepted Location: 312 Bed level III trauma Hospital located in town of 47,000, county of 305,000, and service area of over 1 million in population No-state Income tax, low Cost of Living, with land, new homes, and existing homes available New Hard Rock Casino opened at the end of 2024 56 Colleges and Universities within 100 miles of location Easy commute to Nashville, Knoxville, Asheville, Winston-Salem, and Roanoke 3 Regional Airports within 1 hour Surrounded by Appalachia Mountains Festivals, revitalized downtown, country music birthplace, Nascar, 5-star restaurants, hiking, fishing, national parks, and more.
