Please review Job description, if interested send resume, HS diploma or degree and BLS card from American Heart Association- NO ONLINE BLS cards accepted to Bibi.ishak@allmedical.com $22.00 an hour Location: State of SC Department of Mental Health - Anderson, SC 29621) Primary Schedule: 7a-3:30p, 3.00pm to 11.30pm and 11.00pm to 7.00am- Will be scheduled 5 day/ week & Every other weekend Secondary Schedule: Candidate must also be willing to work a secondary shift from one of the shifts below: All shifts will be scheduled for 5 days per week and will include every other weekend (no exceptions) Secondary shifts will be scheduled on an as needed basis if patient load warrants the shift change. 7am-3:30pm 7am-8:30pm 10am-11:30pm 3pm-11:30pm 6pm-7:30am 11pm-7:30am Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour Requirements for Submission: Updated resume and Current American Heart Association CPR Card (Non-Online, Healthcare Provider Course only – valid for two (2) years) Job Responsibilities This position is located and worked within the Division of Inpatient Services to Psychiatric Hospital. As the Nursing Assistant, working under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, you will perform therapeutic care, assist patients in meeting their needs, and assist patients performing activities of daily living. Assists in providing and maintaining a safe therapeutic environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Demonstrates knowledge of the Nursing Care Plan (NCP) and Treatment Plan as it relates to providing nursing care. • Participates in quality control monitoring and peer review as assigned. • Provides care to patients with mental illness, substance abuse, aggressive behavior and/or suicidal tendencies. • Demonstrates knowledge of the therapeutic communication skills, taking under consideration age-specific competencies and culturally diverse patients. • Identifies the need for and perform basic care/activities of daily living for patients. • Assists in care for patients with physical problems and provide basic care for patients requiring Special Precautions, Seclusion, 4-Point Restraints, supportive Protective Restraints; follows policy on meeting patients' special needs for hygiene, nutrition, toileting, fluids, and ADLs Thanks Company Description About Us: All Medical Personnel is a national leader in healthcare staffing and recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) as one of the nation's largest healthcare staffing firms.
