Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Bryson City, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,894 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years License: Active RN license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: PICC/CVC management Wound care Description: This is a 17-bed unit in a critical access hospital that emphasizes teamwork. The medical-surgical unit provides inpatient, observation, and swing bed services. Surgical procedures are not performed in the facility. There is a strong presence of physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and respiratory therapy. 24-hour provider coverage is available along with 24-hour imaging and laboratory services. The patient population primarily consists of adults aged 18 and older, with a majority being 65 years and older.
