with medical-surgical expertise is available for a night shift
position in Joelton, TN. This role requires a reliable and skilled
RN who thrives in medical-surgical settings and is comfortable
working flexible schedules including every other weekend and
holiday shifts. Key Qualifications and Experience: Current TN
nursing license (RN) Minimum of 1 year nursing experience; 2 years
preferred on a medical-surgical unit Certification in Basic Life
Support (BLS) Familiarity with Cerner, Merge, and PowerChart
electronic medical records systems Ability to provide care at a
patient ratio of 1:6 Schedule and Work Details: Night shifts from 7
PM to 7 AM Must be available for every other weekend and every
other holiday as needed Floating between units may be required No
block scheduling or 48-hour shifts Maximum requested time off (RTO)
of 1 week will be considered Responsibilities include delivering
patient-centered care on an 18-24 bed medical-surgical unit,
accurately documenting in the EMR system, and collaborating with
the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Joelton,
