Interventional Radiology Location: Greenville, SC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,726 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Interventional Radiology Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:00 - 15:30) Experience: Minimum 1 year in IR and Special Procedures work setting License: ARRT R Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Must have 1 year of EPIC experience. Experience with PACS is required. Description: Shift is from 07:00 to 15:30, five days a week. Call and float requirements are applicable. Weekend coverage is required every seventh weekend. The medication system is Pyxis and Omnicell. The documentation system is EPIC. Orientation hours are 16 hours. Unit will review first-time travelers based on experience level. Candidates must have experience with hybrid OR and Siemens equipment. Key skills include site preparation, room circulation, and equipment maintenance. Experience in various interventional procedures is required. Procedures include but are not limited to: Adrenal Angiography, Angioplasty, Aortography. Chemoembolization, Chest Tube Placement, Embolization. Endograft placement, ERCP, Gastrostomy Tube Placement. Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter placement and removal. Liver Biopsy, Mesenteric Angiogram, Paracentesis. Percutaneous Hepatic Angiography, Pulmonary arteriography. Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) of the liver, Radioembolization. Renal Angiography, Stent placement, Superior vena cavogram. Thoracentesis, TIPS, and various dialysis graft interventions. The unit supports interdisciplinary services including IV teams and physical therapy. It caters to a diverse patient demographic including neonates and geriatrics. Direct patient care is provided with a focus on maintaining a sterile field. Staff are expected to float to other units as needed based on census. Modules may be required and are completed pre-start.
