Mother/Baby care Pediatrics GYN Description: This position is for a
Registered Nurse specializing in Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby
care, Pediatrics, and GYN. The role involves providing care in a
professional environment with a focus on teamwork among staff. The
facility offers a range of inpatient and outpatient care.
Responsibilities include managing patient care for maternal,
newborn, adult, geriatric, and pediatric populations. The unit
consists of Labor, Delivery, Recovery rooms and supports antepartum
and postpartum care. Daily tasks may involve monitoring patient
conditions and providing support through various stages of labor
and delivery. Candidates must be able to float between maternity,
newborn, and pediatric care as needed. Ideal candidates will
possess strong skills in managing labor and delivery scenarios and
have experience in charge roles. Patient ratios are based on acuity
and will require effective communication and assessment skills.
Dress code requires professional scrubs, adhering to facility
