Opportunity – Emergency Department RN – North Carolina Start Date:
October 20, 2025 Location: Asheville, North Carolina Compensation:
Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Every other
weekend required; scheduling based on departmental needs
Highlights: Level 2 trauma center and comprehensive stroke center
with over 100,000 annual visits 101-bed emergency department with
diverse case mix and multicultural patient community Patient ratios
of 4:1 for medical cases; EMR system is Cerner No floating outside
of the emergency department; flexibility required across all ED
sections Supportive team environment with unit clerks, techs, and
cardiac monitoring support available Focus on patient experience
through AIDET standards and continuous communication Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in an
emergency department setting Experience in a Level 2 trauma center,
comprehensive stroke center, or high-volume ED (100,000 visits
annually) required Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS
certifications required before start date ENPC certification must
be obtained within 90 days of hire Strong teamwork mentality with
the ability to provide real-time coaching and feedback Flexibility
