Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Maryville, TN Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,984 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Maryville, Tennessee, 37804! Job Opportunity – Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse – Tennessee Start Date: March 9, 2026 Location: Maryville, Tennessee Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 13-week assignment with weekend coverage required; patient ratios 5:1 days, 6:1 nights and weekends; daily census of 30 patients Highlights: Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit serving adult and geriatric patient populations Diverse case mix including general medical, pre/post-op, and post-cardiac catheterization patients Bedside procedures include dialysis catheter placement, thoracentesis, and incision & drainage Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including rapid response teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and radiology EPIC EMR system with paid pre-assignment module training (up to 16 billable hours) Orientation provided every Monday with structured onboarding process Requirements: Active Tennessee RN license required Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications mandatory Minimum 1 year recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience At least 1 year of EPIC EMR experience required Flu vaccination required (no exemptions); COVID-19 vaccination not required Must be willing to float to other units based on skill set and competency Must be available for weekend coverage as scheduled Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic medical/surgical telemetry environment with robust interdisciplinary support and a comprehensive patient care model.
