Job Title: BACKFILL - TRAVEL - RN - OR/SURGERY (701) City/State: Asheville, North Carolina Shift: 08:45-19:15, 10 Hour Days Contract Length: 10.00-4 Start Date: 02/10/2026 Job Description: An experienced RN is needed to work in the Operating Room in Asheville, NC. The candidate must have a skill level of 3 or higher in joint, neuro, ortho, and vascular. This role requires an understanding of broad surgical knowledge and experience in various service lines including general, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma. Responsibilities: Provide patient care in accordance with physician orders and established policies and procedures. Partake in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care. Ensure a sterile environment by following aseptic techniques. May be required to float to other departments as needed. Participate in on-call rotations as per scheduling requirements. Requirements: Broad surgical knowledge and experience in multiple service lines. Must have a skill level of 3 or higher in joint, neuro, ortho, and vascular services. Knowledge of and experience with the Cerner documentation system.
