Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for Night

our team Join our team in a 12-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified Nursing
Assistants (CNAs), our ICU operates with a 1:2 nurse to patient
ratio. We offer Telehealth intensivists for immediate support and
manage a diverse range of diagnoses including respiratory failure,
cardio/pulmonary disease, sepsis, and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA).
Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments,
administering specialized treatments, monitoring critical
conditions, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. This position
provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where

How you'll contribute A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this
role: - Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies
patient needs - Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing
interventions - Provides care appropriate to condition and age of
the patient - Performs timely and appropriate documentation
relating to medical necessity in the medical record - Responsible
for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for
each patient - Performs timely and accurate QI assessments Why join

should have a current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of
North Carolina or from a compact state. Additional requirements
include: - American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support
certification is required within 30 days of hire. - AHA ACLS and
PALS are required within six months of hire. - One year of
experience preferred - Requires critical thinking skills, decisive
judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be
