Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: /n/n Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. /n/n Opportunity: /n RN - PCU /n/n Job Details: /n • 2 positions available /n• Progressive Care Unit nursing role /n• Provide intermediate level patient care between general medical units and intensive care /n• Monitor patients requiring telemetry and advanced nursing assessment /n• Work with patients who need closer observation than general floor patients but less intensive than ICU /n• Current RN license and PCU experience typically required /n• ACLS and BLS certifications may be required /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive medical center providing advanced patient care services including progressive care units.
